# Ever

> Ever is an AI agent that uses your browser like you do. Describe a task in plain English and Ever plans, clicks, types, and navigates across the sites you already use — with your real logins, while you do something else. It runs as a Chrome extension (side panel) and as a CLI, and can be driven by other AI assistants over MCP.

- Works behind your logins: Ever drives your real browser session, so SSO, 2FA, and access controls just work on any website or internal tool.
- Reads pages like a person: it works out what each button does and clicks the right one, even when layouts change — no selectors or scripts.
- You stay in control: every action is checkpointed with a full audit trail; watch live and step in anytime.
- Two surfaces: the Chrome extension side panel, or the headless Ever CLI (scriptable, schedulable).
- Local browser control is free with the user's API key, provider subscription, or custom endpoint and does not require an Ever account. Signed-in accounts receive one no-card Ever Hosted trial—about a week of Plus, on us, for up to 7 days after the first successful Hosted task. Paid plans are Plus ($19/month), Pro ($49/month, about 2.5× Plus usage), and Super ($199/month, about 10× Plus usage). Hosted models show their exact usage multiplier in the model picker.
